I'm still waiting for my "AdBlOcKeR bAd 😭" popup, at this point I'm actually disappointed it hasn't shown up yet.

Update uBlock, reset filters to default, block your extensions and see if that helped. If things started working gradually start enabling extensions and check if popup started showing.

You likely have an extension that blocks too much and allows YouTube to detect adblocker.
