lemm.ee isn't even that small. It's the 6th largest active lemmy instance iirc

That's the point of the joke, the witcher 3 is a huge game but people always act like they're in on some secret for knowing that it's good.

That's kind of what you want, though. A big enough operation that it probably won't just disappear or start enforcing really arbitrary and unreasonable rules, but small enough that it's not like lemmy.world.
