Maybe firewalld is getting in the way. You can temporarily disable it:
sudo systemctl stop firewalld
If that doesn’t work, you can see if SELinux is the issue. Temporarily disable:
sudo setenforce 0
Be sure to re-enable SELinux:
sudo setenforce 1

To start the firewall after you stopped it:
systemctl
