TIL my computer clock is not necessarily correct!! I assumed it was somehow automatically synced with clocks via the net. All fixed now and I know better. Only 8.3 seconds fast but it may as well be hours, the fact is it was wrong.
I was surprised when my dual screen set up had different times on each screen. Hadn’t seen that that before!
