I didn't know there was a "verified neo-Nazi" badge.

Oh wait, that's what the regular one is now.

[-] jkrtn@lemmy.ml 13 points 6 months ago

And the "verified turbo-Nazi" badge is when Elon responds to a tweet with the thinking face emoji.

[-] Deceptichum@sh.itjust.works 23 points 6 months ago

So who’s going to do something about him?

The death of X simply requires people to stop using it. Let it turn into the racist, right-wing, bot wasteland it’s trying so hard to become. It’ll come with the added benefit of making Truth Social the number two place for number two content.

Oh you sweet summer child, we don't do anything about billionaires. They're allowed to do whatever they want and if anything bad happens, there's no amount of punishment a tiny fraction of their worth can't make go away.

[-] Diplomjodler3@lemmy.world 4 points 6 months ago

The easiest way to make a small fortune is to start with a large one. This is a true business genius move. Us mere morals cannot comprehend this.

Somebody go dig up how much the US government subsidizes Tesla and SpaceX.

[-] UnfortunateShort@lemmy.world 8 points 6 months ago

Only another 39 billion until he make money on Twitter (for some reason also known as X)

[-] FlyingSquid@lemmy.world 16 points 6 months ago

No, it's just Twitter. If he allows deadnaming on his site, his site should be deadnamed.

[-] andyburke@fedia.io 6 points 6 months ago

Fuckin like this take. 🤌

[-] tacosanonymous@lemm.ee 8 points 6 months ago

No fucking way Twitter is making millions.

[-] Beaver@lemmy.ca 8 points 6 months ago

I'm gonna delete my twitter and move over to mastodon. I like those with principles more.

[-] summerof69@lemm.ee 6 points 6 months ago* (last edited 6 months ago)

And people said he would not be able to monetize Twitter.

[-] NeptuneOrbit@lemmy.world 1 points 6 months ago

[-] Everythingispenguins@lemmy.world 1 points 6 months ago
