A simple ", says source" at the end would have given significantly more journalistic integrity.

Melania isn't less of a good human being for doing the nasty with someone, she is because she let herself be bought by a fascist.
She is no less or no more tarnished than Vance or Kushner. I also wouldn't want to shake their hands for the same reason as above.

Yet, what I'm thinking in general is for an idiot like Musk stealing his opponent's wife (like a thing) would be just the right way to assert dominance. And with a small 0,01% chance I can see it happen and cause a welcome disorder in their semi-stable relations.

People having been in his vicinity have reported a foul stench, so it's unlikely that he is assisted by anyone who does this kind of job professionally.
I would guess that he's too proud to ask for help, so he probably just trashes some restroom or bath occasionally and then denies it ever happening.
