Make a purposefully heavily addicting MMO game that target area 51 workers and they'll spill the beans.
This is basically the reason for one of the main characters being there in Stargate Universe.

Stargate universe is the latest spinoff (Still quite old).
The premise was an "unbeatable game" that posed a problem SGC was trying to solve.
