While they try to figure out a political advantage...

We don't have:

Ambassador to Israel. Thanks to Rand Paul's COVID conspiracies.

Vital military appointments. Thanks to Tommy Tuberville's abortion obsession.

A Speaker. Thanks to Matt Gaetz's need for attention.

But, they can complain about Biden, who instead of napping built a support coalition for Israel today.

I mean what are Republicans actually doing other than failing?

For one, the bloods (Matt Gaetz) are using the power they have by being the minority.

The crips in the squad don't use the power they had by being the minority.
