Request: limit length/size of image previews

Attached is a screenshot showing a post that features a very long image, which requires excessive scrolling.
The changes throughout the time of humanoids looks more like this: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/c/ca/EPICA_temperature_plot.svg/1280px-EPICA_temperature_plot.svg.png
But, the humanoids (and everyone else) were fluctuating a bit, too, so I'm not saying we'll be fine.
