I doubt that's true, but it's the type of thing that I wouldn't test. It could certainly come up in a future case, though.

I bought mine second-hand with cash, from a classmate. Dunno what ever happened to it. Read that a lot of the info was deliberately more dangerous to cause harm to would-be radicals. That's probably also bullshit. More likely the author just made mistakes.
