This is literally worse than the lowest Facebook garbage. Why does this even have a single up vote?
Because most of us consider the idea that Hillary Clinton is a world-class assassin who never leaves a shred of evidence behind to be a hilarious and absurd concept.
To be funny, a joke requires a grain of truth. Absurdity alone doesn't make a good joke.
