Remember that we only hear what FOM wants us to hear. They cherry pick messages to make a story quite often. If you want to hear the rest of the radio the onboard replay on F1TV should have everything

I get that, but why would they start bringing attention to the messages now if it has always been like this?
Because there’s nothing else interesting about what’s going on at the front. It’s creating drama for the sake of creating drama, there’s no other reason for it
So supposing this isn't atypical, there wasn't reason to create drama last year or earlier this season?
It's just weird to me this would suddenly start being a hot-button topic if Max and GP "have always been like this."
