Iโm a midwesterner and Iโve been seriously looking at Spain or silverstone, Mexico is very tempting as well but last I looked it was more expensive than the European races
It is more expensive of a ticket in CDMX, but hotels and food are very inexpensive. But either way, I think your dollar goes further than it does in the US. Wild!
