What's wrong with Debian?
Debian's great too. I find big applications tend to officially support Ubuntu tho, which is a big deal.
Unreal & Davinci Resolve come to mind.
I think Mint is great too. Havent actually tried it yet tho. Cant afford the down time to try it yet
