It was a phone call. That's literally it. I spent months procrastinating making a phone call that ended up being short and virtually painless.

Fucking congrats fella!!!

I'm trying to do at least twenty... Ten... At least ten minutes of work each hour.

But I don't dare make any of the phone calls or emails I'm supposed to be doing, that shits too daunting.

I am very present on Teams helping wherever I can. But I have done almost none of the documentation or project analysis I should have

The worst thing about having a massive workload is I'll likely never get through all the tasks in time.

The best is thing is when I'm in a constant sprint from one task to the next, it's easier to lie to myself and say "I can't do the documentation now, but I'll get to it later when it's quiet"

But it never gets quiet anymore.
