Yeah, and I'm introducing "no more eating at Wendy's" pricing.

Wendy's seems blissfully unaware that's there's plenty of adequate competitors in the burger market. It's a great time to get to know your local restaurants.

McDonald's is already out of the running. A mcdouble and medium fry is 8 bucks.

Burger King is my go to, Impossible Whopper is great for vegan me and it's reasonable still. I mostly go to local places though. It's worth it.

Just a heads up, the Impossible whopper isn't exactly vegan

Not sure how strict you are. No judgement here, just thought you might want to know

[-] BonesOfTheMoon@lemmy.world 4 points 10 months ago

OMG I am strict. Ok that's done. Thank you.

BK has a bankruptcy issue rn. Same with Sonic and a couple other American chains

[-] BonesOfTheMoon@lemmy.world 3 points 10 months ago

Oh wow I didn't know.

I only eat from the deals menu, redeeming points or when they do something like the chicken sandwiches 2/$6. You have to be smart about eating at mcdicks, if you just roll up and order whatever you will definitely spend more money than the food is actually worth.

Theyre probably hoping people wont notice
