Title says all, is it possible to use a mainline kernel on a non-SteamOS install or do you have to use Valve's kernel they ship with SteamOS 3.x? Is it possible to find all the the patches they use and compile a kernel yourself?

That's fair if you go into desktop mode a lot.

Note that I haven't done it, yet, because I still really like Bazzite ๐Ÿ˜…. I think I'm just holding out hope that it will get corrected sooner than later.

The following is a list of suggested flairs:
[Discussion] - General discussion.
[Help] - A request for help or support.
[News] - News about the deck.
[PSA] - Sharing important information.
[Game] - News / info about a game on the deck.
[Update] - An update to a previous post.
[Meta] - Discussion about this community.

Some more Steam Deck specific flairs:
[Boot Screen] - Custom boot screens/videos.
[Selling] - If you are selling your deck.

These are not enforced, but they are encouraged.
