Oh thank god, I thought I was crazy for hating him. I wish I could just turn off his ability to interrupt me while I’m doing things. It always feels like he takes forever to say everything!
That being said, is the protorelic side quest worth the Chadley of it all? I did the first two or three and they were kind of fun but the cactuar one in the… Corel region? Is where I stopped. I think I’m nearing the end of the game, so if it’s worth doing I should pause and go back for them all.
I think they've definitely leaned into it a bit in this one, and have made him way more annoying. Like him getting passive aggressive if you've neglected his quests recently... Don't get me wrong, I think the whole idea of his character is fun/funny, and I'd never want him removed.
Literally just entered Corel region so please mind spoilers... But I know I will do all of them. I've never been one to obsess over getting 100% achievements. I'd never tell anyone how to play a game, but for me it can ruin the experience. It's like gamifying a meta aspect of an actua, good AAA games...
Anyway, for some reason these FFVII Remake games make me want to get EVERYTHING.
I felt this until I got to the next region. No spoilers, don’t worry, but navigating it was…. Irksome. I 100% every region until the one following Corel and I’m upset that I stopped a bit but it just got too irritating.
