Oh yeah, she talked about that, too. "About to" refered to Rafah and was used to instill a sense of urgency in their actions

Looks like this article came out shortly before they invaded Rafah and that's what she was talking about in specific.

Rashida Tlaib is fully aware of Israel's crimes. She is Palestinian-American.
