Baking is a science. I'm not a scientist. I applaud anyone who gives it a go. 👏
If that is true I take the mad scientist approach most of the time and make things up as I go. It usually gives a pretty good result. If you want something really specific or finicky (like a sponge cake) you need to be very precise about everything, but most baking is actually pretty forgiving once you've learned the basic techniques.
True but there's still a part of me that goes I hope it works I hope it works I hope it works 🤞
