Luckily Canada is getting more and more secular each year, and even people who believe in a higher power are less invested in organized religion. This is a losing strategy for Pierre and the Conservatives, but it probably won't have any meaningful effect until 2029

Mass conversion to atheism is a deeply established, decades-long trend everywhere developed, and hasn't slowed down one bit in any data I've seen. I'll take that anecdote with a large grain of salt.

I'm not talking about overall atheism rates. More so extremely overtly religious people seem to be on the rise where as the same people used to be a bit toned down.
