I had a small coughing episode while bending over to clean a water spill on the floor and got the worst cramp in my side hip / lower stomach area. Incredible pain for around 30 seconds and then it was done. Itβs still a bit sore now.
Cramps are the absolute worst. Donβt get them often, but when they happen they feel like 10/10 pain level.
I had a leg cramp while I was sleeping the other night and it was so painful. Itβs still a little bit sore where I got the cramp and its been two days.
