I hate the idea of a president essentially being a monarch whilst in power, but I kinda do wish that Biden would do something to bite the anti-democracy members of the SCOTUS in the ass over this ruling

As long as its an official act, sure!
The only prohibition against arrest that I know of is immunity from arrest for members of Congress.
Ordering the secret service to detain them would be though.
He should pardon Hunter, create an additional SCOTUS seat, then appoint Hunter.
