I honestly don't even notice which instance I'm in. I don't mean to start an argument or derail. I just don't see what you hope to achieve with this tone policing "policy".
Because we don't want to make this place miserable, and a bad experience for anyone. It can be difficult to disagree without being disrespectful, but if you want to win converts, it's much better.
Fine but the only way you find out about this policy is by having your time wasted by disappearing comments and vague threats.
If you don’t know what instance you’re on, then I must seem schizophrenic to you, because @davel@lemmygrad.ml can sound very different from @davel@lemmy.ml.
