MODERATORS
Literally just for excitement reasons, they need audio for the wide shots and stretches where the crowd is a bit thinner. It does make sense -- nothing wrong with sweetening the broadcast a bit -- but they could use a longer loop!
I remember during covid they used it for the AFL.
To be honest I donโt know what was worse. A bad looping audio crowd with someone shouting something obnoxious that got replayed repeatedly or an empty soulless stadium.
Empty soulless was DEEPLY upsetting!!!
