any cheap VPS with payment with XMR? (lemmy.ml)

I looking for VPS up to 10$/month, somewhere in Europe(better country, not in The Fourteen Eyes alliance), for which I can pay with Monero, without any identification(with passport or anything else).

Both MasterCard and Visa now have ways for companies to ascertain if a card is a single use/prepaid card and block these from being used for recurring payments.

You won't be able to even use a single use Revolut for this.
