I'm not sure for the process on iOS, but on most new Android devices, you can just hold the notification down and then a menu will pop up. If it doesn't let you turn it off from the menu that pops up, it should have a little settings icon that'll take you to the notification settings for that app where you can turn it off

It varies a lot between different devices, but on android 14 (pixel 7 skin), it looks like this:

New Android versions also ask you up front if you want to permit the app to send notifications, and I believe iOS does the same

You’ll do the rest have to go through the app or website or you can try this for iOS.

On the Lock Screen with notifications swipe left to show options and click on it and you go into the settings from there to silence them all.

Thanks, Duenan! I get what you’re saying. It shouldn’t be so annoying!

Btw, I’ve wanted to say this for ages, but you really seem to have turned a corner (for the absolute best!) for some time now. I hope you’re doing well because it seems like that in your posts.

I’m still going through a lot but maybe internalising it better or something.

I’m trying to treat myself to stuff more but having a delicious meal and stuff really does it for me.

Im simple as well. Well seasoned chicken really does it for me. :D

For sure! Maybe it’s improved resilience. Either way, cheering you on! 💪🏻
