Melbourne's population continues to grow, but there are growing calls for services such as public transport to be expanded to match the boom.

Infrastructure really needs to be put in or at least planned for first rather than just avoiding the problem and warehousing people.

This is going to cause food deserts, and possibly concentrated poverty if there aren’t enough local jobs and people can’t get to jobs in other areas. Having a car is also really expensive
