need to find a diplomatic way of saying "If you had've actioned this when I called it out +12 months ago you wouldn't be in this mess in the first place. This isn't my job and you cant keep asking me to do shit cause ya'll cant be fucked doing the work yourselves or even trying to figure it out". Didnt even make it to 10am before I gave up today.
"It is my recollection that the last action on this item was sitting with you......" and of course attach the pertinent emails/documents.
"as per last year's email"
Tbh I'd unironically do it 🤷♂️
