Off to the dentist soon for my biannual clean. I should probably look for a closer dentist than Bacchus Marsh but I do enjoy a drive so c'est la vie.
Meanwhile, blending meal replacement shakes with a bit of ice is a revelation. I've ordered some recommended ones online but to fill the gap until they get here I got some vanilla manshake and a tin of milo from the shops last night because it's a great mix.
