Is the book just the story or does it have the parts where the grandpa is reading the book to the kid?
It’s just the story. But it’s somehow even funnier than the movie.

It's a good thing you watched the movie and not the trailer because if you had watched the trailer, you'd assume the movie is a bust.
I started with all the memes, and then a few Imgur posts with pictures and descriptions like: a perfect movie.
And then I got intrigued...
