I have a HUGE favor to ask of all my #StitchyFriends...

BASIC #StitchingSafety states that one should refrain from holding #PinsAndNeedles in one's mouth while working.

Unfortunately, this has been a #BadHabit about 40 years old now.

If you all would be so kind, PLEASE remind me periodically that my #Embroidery needle doesn't belong in my mouth while #Stitching.

My poor, sore tongue thanks you.

@lemmy_stitch @crossstitch @christianstitchers @textilearts @fiberarts @fibrearts I originally started this as a solution to my #BadHabit of holding my needle in my mouth while getting more embroidery floss ready in between colors as I #CrossStitch. My idea was 2 make a #PinCusion that had Velcro on the bottom, so I could either wear it as a bracelet while stitching or use it on a table if I needed to...

Our #Kitty was so depressed that Husband got gifts for his birthday and she didn't have anything to open, I felt obligated to give it to her so she didn't feel left out. So now I have to make a new one for *me*. At least she likes it!
