Assuming VPs are are included you do have to go back to the 1976 election to find a Bush, Clinton, and Biden free ballot

Jimmy Carter (1977–1981)
Ronald Reagan (1981–1989) (George HW was VP )
George H. W. Bush (1989–1993)
Bill Clinton (1993–2001)
George W. Bush (2001–2009)
Barack Obama (2009–2017) (Joe was VP)
Donald Trump (2017–2021) (Hillary was on the ballot)
Joe Biden (2021–present)
