Stew turned out to be decent. But TBH (and no offense here) I regret listening to ya'll cause whilst edible it turned out nothing like what I wanted.

Was it the passata taking over any flavour that may have been in there?
dont think so, just not anywhere near the original concept.
What sort of thing were you going for? Like a stroganoff?
not really, not sure what I was expecting. Its all good, I'm sure there will be cheap beef again one day soon to try the original concept.
