Are you on a commercial VPN connection?
No, it's when I connect with my ISP at home. If I use Mullvad VPN or if I actually login into YouTube web app, everything works fine.
That is so odd. Can you manually reroll your home networks external IP address? Maybe reconnect your router. I dont know how they would be able to reidentify you otherwise.
