Thanks. I've had the worst sleep, fragmented and overheated and taking way too long to wind down...
I have a feeling if anything gets to the point of vcat she's going to be even more agitated/vindictive. I wish she didn't pull this on a Friday, all the tenants rights and legal aid places are closed til Monday so this is kind of hanging over my head. There's a lot I need to get done for uni this weekend and it sure is hard to concentrate
If she does it will bite her in the arse. VCAT comes down very heavily on retaliation until they get the message
That's a relief to know. I really hope it doesn't get to that stage but if push comes to shove I won't roll over. Maybe she should've just kept on the REA if she wasn't going to familiarise herself with the law
