Can't wait for the rain to stop so my neighbour can go out and water his grass.
would he still if there is an inch of water covering it? Dude needs a hobby. Go sit in the garage in a camping chair like my neighbor.
He's watered in the rain holding an umbrella before. Granted, he was watering his plants which are under trees, but still.
I wouldn't it put it past him to put waders on and get the hose out.
His other hobby is 'tinkering' in the garage. Always involves loud power tools and achieves nothing to my knowledge.
