Ok, you have me sold on the mock meat bahn mi. I don't travel that way regularly any more but must make the visit next time I'm it area!
Full disclaimer: the line is about as long as the line to the jam donut stall at the queen Vic markets on free donut day. Seriously, I walk past it fairly often and the line is almost always like 40 people and stretches half way down the block
Can recommend the cafe a few mins down the road, six points though, I love their bloody Mary eggs Benny. They mix a little bit of siracha into the hollandaise and it's surprisingly good
I used to live opposite the one in Reservoir and it got me through lockdown. They're opening a new location opposite Melbourne Central soon. Can't wait to be able to grab it for lunch regularly again.
