Bingo. And man, that guy was really fucking pissed off.
There's no point getting accountability. Some people here have a halo and can do no wrong.

what the actual fuck. can you get a moment with boss's boss and sort of go "Man. WTF? I mean, why should I put up with this?" and just see what they say. So long as your not under probation who gives a rats what they think at this point.
And there's the problem. I'm still under probation till the end of January...
but by the sound of it they arnt gonna let you go though. They cant afford to can they?
Nah they can't. But still. I'd want my probation over and signed off before I start pushing back.
