My manager said I'm good to work from home this week until my ankle heals up. It's the sort of thing that puts you in that weird spot where I can work but I can't deal with the hassle of getting to the office.

I'll arrange a tele-appointment to get an x-ray referral just to make sure nothing's wrong as it still hurts

When able to weight bear, you could lookup some ankle proprioception exercises to increase your ankle dexterity, reducing chance of re-injury.

I'll do that and add it to the list of exercises I should be doing. I might be able to stick to exercises if I have more of a routine to go through

Ankle proprioception ex can just be using a tennis ball at your desk and trying to write the alphabet with your foot. Or standing on some form of wobble board.
