Territories, not provinces. Until they can elect a proper parliament, swear in officers allegiant to HM the King of Canada, and reform their political and medical systems.
if getting rid of UK monarchy is needed to sweeten the deal, most Canadians are fine with it. Offering a healthcare system is a nice to have that would promote acceptance of the offer. They have the same FPTP voting system we do.
yeah, i cannot say I would miss the monarchy. Clearly Poillivre should reform our government. /s
