MODERATORS
That's a bizarre piece. He's the PM, he can do anything he wants until Parliament ditches him with a non-confidence vote. Electorally, he's been done since the start of summer. Embarrassing himself with poorly conceived shuffles is a sideshow.
It'd be funny, if he wasn't crapping out bad policy and ignoring the cost of living crisis.
