I've opened the windows and turned the fans on to suck some cold air in, and blow it out the other window (yay having two!), but so far it's only reduced the temperature by 0.1°
Some fizzics for you. Open a small window on the upwind side. Open a much bigger window/door on the downwind side. The air exchange will be a LOT faster due to the Venturi effect. That is, creates a more powerful draft.
