On this occasion the translation on the bottle is accurate. 鞭 (biān) is also used for certain animal penises (maybe ungulates) when they're used as food or medicine, and 神 (shén) works as an adjective meaning miraculous or magical.
Fascinating! I knew the first and last character from japanese, but I don't speak any flavour of 'chinese' (yet). I found it really interesting, how this combination of characters translated as "magic penis". When I learned about 'kanji' in japanese I inmediately fell in love with them and since then I've been passively trying to learn some mandarin.
Have you tried Outlier Dictionary? It integrates with the Kanji Study app, if you aren't already using both there's really nothing better in my opinion. I did exactly what you did, but ultimately realised I'd prefer to study Mandarin directly.
