This is my take on this: Bro and wife have had heated words. She's thrown out a "your family treats us like shit and you don't stick up for me. Blah blah blah". He's left the room to write an angry email.

I think you're right. Either that or she's "I'm going to get my way and you're not making it happen be a MAN'. Actually tempted to ask her point blank what role she's played in writing those emails. Bro was sending similar entitled shit when they were getting married lol.
I'm going to agree with this. I've been pressured into something along these lines with friends, but then I dumped her.
