AMD announces FSR4, will only be available in RX 9070 Series cards (videocardz.com)

Bit of a shame they're moving away from being able to run FSR on any GPU, but it makes sense since it'll be using their AI cores similar to how DLSS does it for better quality and performance.

I use optiscaler to use dlss on amd it just converts it to fsr 3.1 or xess. I use the experimental release with frame generation to manage to play games that dont quite have a stable fps on my minipc as well as my steam deck.
