What's next? You're going to outlaw VPNs? I van use other techniques, like an ssh tunnel. Are you going to outlaw encryption then to ensure that people don't watch naught videos?
Good luck with that.
The point isn't to get around the block. The people who passed that bill have no idea how the internet works. It should make people upset they need to bypass this gross invasion of privacy.
