I watched a video on this modern pc that runs Windows 98, but it's like 500 Euros.
Then I looked up how to install windows 98 on an old thinclient. But it's complicated and you could lose Bluetooth, WiFi, and USB ports.
If you want a computer for authentic retro gaming you could put WINE on a cheap thin client since WINE runs old programs better than windows
Is it that gold one that was on the LGR YouTube channel?
Yep, that's the one. It's interesting but so expensive for what it is. Really takes the fun out of the idea given what else you need to get it working
