It's an overplayed joke that camo makes things invisible so they act like it's not there.
I was playing into it. As in, but why DID they just show her next to a bush?
Isn't it because at one point Trump said in twitter that stealth aircraft were actually invisible?
It's a long time meme. A decade old at least.
