If you zoom right in on the mountain in the background...
Then zoom out again and look at the kayak, it's got a massive "CHOKING HAZARD DO NOT EAT PLEASE DON'T SUE" sticker on it π

If it's Minnesota we may be looking at Colonel O'Neill's lake.
It looks a lot like Whiteside mountain in NC, but idk if there's a river you can kayak on that close to Whiteside.
